How it works
Active citizens can choose a lot and a 12, 18 or 24-month or full-payment plan when land sales open. Monthly payments are the lot price less the $1,500 down payment, divided by your term, with no interest. Cancel within 7 days for a full refund; after that the down payment is non-refundable.
When the lot is paid in full, you receive a Unit Deed: a certificate of your use rights under the Declaration. Muhammad Hunter Jugger, LLC offers the land.
