Every initiative, program and community decision in Freedom Nation maps back to these six pillars.
Housing
Lease-purchase a lot in Freedom Village: 12, 18 or 24 months or full payment, $1,500 down, no interest; a Unit Deed (certificate of use rights) on completion. Payments are due on the 1st, and there is no late fee. Cancel within 7 days for a full refund; after that the down payment is non-refundable.
New land sales are paused until the ILSA confirmation; land listings and purchase are for active citizens only. Lease-purchase plans that have already started continue as normal. How lease-purchase works.
Infrastructure
Freedom Village Georgia I covers 205.4 acres with 129 numbered lots; active citizens see each lot's details in the portal. See the overview and the live count of available lots.
Our Terms and Conditions (section 9.6) say: "We make no promise about zoning, building permits, utilities, roads or future value. Check these with Hancock County before you build."
Education
#FN-01 The Principles of Freedom costs $99 once, including the exam with two attempts. It is self-paced, you pass with 70%, and the certificate does not expire. More about learning with Freedom Nation.
Governance
Each citizen with paid-up dues has one vote and may delegate it, or take it back until the vote closes. Declaration matters are one vote per unit, without delegation. Voting is suspended while dues are unpaid. Voting launches in Release 3 of the Citizen Portal.
Ranks and points never change your vote: one citizen, one vote.
What each pillar means today
Housing
Land lease-purchase with no interest, and a Unit Deed on completion, a certificate of use rights under the Declaration. Plans of 12, 18 or 24 months, or full payment, with $1,500 down. New land sales are paused until the ILSA confirmation.
Food
Community agriculture, cooperative food production, and local supply chains that reduce dependence on external systems. Freedom Nation does not run a food program yet.
Transportation
Shared mobility solutions and community-owned transit that serve citizens without predatory financing. Freedom Nation does not run a transportation program yet.
