Land payments carry no interest and no added fees. When the lot is paid in full, you receive a Unit Deed, a certificate of your use rights under the Declaration.

Do you promise building permits or utilities?
No. We make no promise about zoning, building permits, utilities, roads or future value. Check these with Hancock County before you build.
Can I choose a lot now?
New lot sales are paused for now. Lease-purchase plans that have already started continue as normal.
