From citizen to Unit Deed
Become an active citizen
Land listings and purchase are for active citizens only.
Choose a lot and a plan
Active citizens choose an available lot in the Citizen Portal when land sales open, and a 12, 18 or 24-month or full-payment plan.
Pay monthly, after $1,500 down
Monthly payments are the lot price less the $1,500 down payment, divided by your term, with no interest. Payments are due on the 1st.
Receive your Unit Deed
When the lot is paid in full, you receive a Unit Deed, a certificate of your use rights under the Declaration.
Lease-purchase questions
Is there interest or a late fee?
No. Land payments carry no interest and no added fees, and there is no late fee.
Can I cancel?
Cancel within 7 days for a full refund; after that the down payment is non-refundable.
Can I choose a lot now?
New lot sales are paused for now. Lease-purchase plans that have already started continue as normal.
Is the Unit Deed a title to the land?
No. The Unit Deed is a certificate of use rights under the Declaration, not a transfer of title. Muhammad Hunter Jugger, LLC offers the land.
Do I pay sales tax on land payments?
No sales tax is charged on dues, course fees or land payments.
