Currently the process is between 6-12 months depending on how quickly you pay the down payment for the home. in order to assist the citizens in reaching their goals we have developed a financing program that requires 20% down and allows for 80% of the loan to be repaid over 20 years with 0% interest. However, some people still require time to pay the 20%. Whereas we cannot ship the home until the final 20% is paid, we are able to design, and build the house during this time as long as the 12-month payment plan is paid on-time. If you choose to finance your down payment, then the maximum time to move into a ready built home is 12 months. If you pay the full 20% upfront, then we can move you into your house in under 6 months.

I want to own a lot in Freedom Village Georgia. What is the first step?
Firstly, you should create Your Citizen Profile in Freedom Nation website: http://freedomnation.me/apply/
What is a Freedom Citizen Profile?
A citizen profile is your key profile for all that is Freedom Nation. Think of it like a Google Login. Once created, your citizen profile provides access to all Freedom Nation Websites, Apps, Event Registration, mailing lists, other great systems and Freedom Nation products. For example, a Freedom Nation citizen profile is required in order to buy a home in the Freedom Village, attend a Freedom Institute trip, mentor-ship, class or workshop and to purchase items made in the Freedom Nation or Freedom Labs.
I have a Citizen Profile. What should I do next?
Once you complete your citizen profile then you have started the process to become a freedom citizen. At Freedom Nation we do not choose who our citizens are, instead our citizens choose who our citizens are. It is part of their right as citizens of freedom to choose who their neighbors and the members of their community will be. Once your profile is complete we will present it to the citizens on our private Facebook group.
Approval for citizenship only requires a single sponsor from the existing citizenry to step forward and sponsor your application. Inside the Freedom Nation we take citizens’ sponsorship seriously. Your sponsor will become your friend, your sponsor will become your guide and your sponsor will become your assistant and ensure that you are able to become part of the community by answering questions and being available to you. Once someone has volunteered to be your citizen sponsor, based on the information provided inside of your application, then you will be notified by email and once you become a citizen you will be given their contact information inside of our communication platforms.
They are circumstances where your application can be rejected. As a standard of the freedom Nation any three citizens can choose not to allow you to come into the citizenry of the freedom nation. If three persons decide that you cannot be a citizen then no one is able to sponsor you. And after that your citizen application will be rejected and you will receive a notification along with suggestions on how you can achieve your goals with other organizations outside of the Freedom Nation.
Once your citizenry is accepted by the Freedom Nation Citizen and you have a citizen sponsor then you will immediately receive a notification of that citizen sponsorship, a welcome letter leading you to the next steps inside the citizen process and a link to your citizen teaming agreement. All citizens fill out and complete their teaming citizen contract and will have to pay the $25 a month applicable dues prior to becoming a full citizen and receiving the full support and benefits of being a citizen of the Freedom Nation.
Once you are a full citizen of the Freedom Nation you will be given a citizen ID in your welcome email. Your citizen ID is the key to all citizen services. Every reservation for land and every reservation for an event access to Freedom credits and other programs, the ability to vote on citizen based initiatives and committees will all be driven by inputting your freedom citizen ID.
How soon can I accept the land?
As you sign the agreement you have immediate access to do whatever you want with the lot in order to come in and start building out your space or start doing whatever else you need to do to establish your freedom.
I’m still trying to decide. Can you hold a land for me?
The lots in Freedom Village Georgia are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. You should choose and reserve the lot(s) that you want immediately. We will hold your reservation for five business days. In that time you should close your contract and secure your plot.
Can I purchase the lot for loan? Do you cooperate with banks?
We do not work with banks. We are providing 0% Interest Owner Financing. The lot costs $5000. The financing is a 12-month lease purchase contract agreement that gives you immediate access to the property. It’s $1,000 down per lot. The payments are $325 a month for 12 months and at the end of the 12 months you pay the remainder which is $100.

Follow the instructions in your welcome email. Our community is highly active on Slack and Facebook. Slack is a highly secure and encrypted communication platform that allows us to have multiple communication channels. Be sure to download it on your phone and turn on notifications and GET INVOLVED!!!
In addition – Be sure to follow the additional instructions in the e-mail to complete your Citizen plan and join any relevant events, committees or subgroups that exist. You are part of the community it is your responsibility to use the tools provided to stay informed and ensure that your voice is heard.
