Currently the process is between 6-12 months depending on how quickly you pay the down payment for the home. in order to assist the citizens in reaching their goals we have developed a financing program that requires 20% down and allows for 80% of the loan to be repaid over 20 years with 0% interest. However, some people still require time to pay the 20%. Whereas we cannot ship the home until the final 20% is paid, we are able to design, and build the house during this time as long as the 12-month payment plan is paid on-time. If you choose to finance your down payment, then the maximum time to move into a ready built home is 12 months. If you pay the full 20% upfront, then we can move you into your house in under 6 months.
